David Jeffs – Joint Managing DirectorDavid is registered as both a master project director with the AIPM and a Six-Sigma black belt in quality system design. He is a Professional Engineer with 25 years experience in project management and business improvement. Applying his experience in senior roles in multi-national corporations, David brings to the team project management methodology and techniques, financial management, planning and supervisory skills.
Wayne McGregor - Joint Managing DirectorAs a Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and 20 years experience, Wayne combines technical knowledge and extensive project management skills with experience in business management, contracts, negotiations and sales & marketing. Wayne also spent many years managing projects and entire business units for some of the world's top 100 organisations. Wayne enjoys leading and developing people, teams, divisions and companies.

Michael Street - Senior ConsultantMichael specialises in Project Management, Risk Management, Facilities Operations & Management, Change Management, Financial Control, Contract Negotiation and Contract Management. His 25 years of experience is supported by a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Business Management. Michael's practical qualifications as an Electrical Contractor and a Refrigeration Mechanic make him particularly successful in managing project teams and sites for our clients.
David Duncan - Senior ConsultantDavid holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience in senior management roles with ASX200 listed public companies in the building and oil/chemical sectors both in Australia and overseas. David combines his technical knowledge with experience in business management, contracts, negotiations, sales, marketing, risk management, human resources, quality systems and operations. David also runs a successful executive search agency and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Bowman - Senior ConsultantDavid specialises in engineering and planning systems, information systems and technologies and business systems integration. He has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science as well as formal qualifications in Project Management. He has practical experience in project planning, contract management, project scheduling and working with project teams. David also specialises in establishing Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone systems for small and medium enterprises.
Jacqueline McGregor - Senior ConsultantJacqueline specialises in Educational Consulting, Training and Professional Development, Organisational Change Management, Community Consultation and Quality Systems design and implementation. Adding to her extensive experience in senior roles within the Queensland education system, she has a Masters Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma of Education, a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Management and is a member of the Australia College of Educators.
Brookelyn Lett - Senior ConsultantWith degrees including Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, Graduate Certificate of Management, Graduate Certicate of Human Resource Management and a Master of Technology in Project Management (award in 2010), Brooke is one of our most qualified consultants. In addition to these qualifications, Brooke has more than a decade of experience with organisations including Kellogg Brown and Root, Boeing and the Royal Australian Air Force. Brooke is a highly organised individual with an excellent ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, diverse work tasks, customer requirements, reports and metrics.
Silvia Taylor- Senior ConsultantSilvia is a versatile Facilitator and Business Improvement Professional with a proven track record of facilitating workshops, developing and delivering training and driving continuous improvement activities. Experience has been gained through employment in both defence and commercial industries. Silvia has a Bachelor of Informatics (Computer Science) with Majors in Artificial Intelligence and Systems Engineering.
Glen Davidson - Senior ConsultantGlen holds a Bachelor of Engineering and many years of experience in the business development and professional sales field. He is also experienced in Project Management, integrated logistics support, operations and project planning, and holds a commercial pilots licence.
